Civil Litigation Experience

Leo M. Stepanian II’s civil litigation experience covers all of the firm’s practice areas with concentrations in real estate transactions and litigation, municipal law, business formation, commercial law, contract law and litigation, construction law and litigation, wills, trusts and estates, and insurance defense litigation.

Mr. Stepanian II is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Superior and Commonwealth Courts of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He has represented clients through Western Pennsylvania in jury trials, non-jury trials, arbitration proceedings, and numerous and varied administrative proceedings.

Leo M. Stepania n II graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1980 receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and graduated from Syracuse University in 1982 receiving a Masters in Business Administration. He was employed by IBM Corporation in various financial positions from 1982 until 1994. Mr. Stepanian II obtained his law degree from Duquesne University, was admitted to the bar in 1994, and became an associate in the firm. In 2005, Mr. Stepanian II became a partner in the firm.

Mr. Stepanian II is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and is a member of the executive committee of the Butler County Bar Association, past Secretary of the Butler County Bar Association and had been the coordinator for the high school mock trial competition for Butler County.
