Armand R. Cingolani, III

The firm of Cincolani & Cingolani was founded in 1925 by AR Cingolani Sr., my grandfather. Until 1998 my father, a respected divorce lawyer, practiced family law. We have always tried a variety of cases from civil litigation to estates and criminal law.

Before I became a lawyer I worked in the oil industry for Sun Company in Dallas Texas and obtained an MBA in Finance and Economics in 1989. I graduated from law school in 1994 when I earned my J.D. from Cleveland State.

I am honored to try cases before a jury and have compiled an extensive record o criminal, civil and insurance defense trials. While settlement is always an option, sometimes you must go to trial.
