Legal Experience

For the first 11 years of my practice, I was Assistant Trial Counsel for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. I have successfully and aggressively litigated license suspension matters and Eminent Domain Takings in numerous Counties within Pennsylvania.

Upon leaving the Department of Transportation in 1996, I began practicing Family Law, litigating in the area of Support, Equitable Distribution and Custody matters. I offer my clients straightforward, practical legal advice which should allow the individual to make realistic decisions concerning their families futures during what is likely to be a very difficult period of transition.

I have practiced in the areas of Juvenile Delinquency Court and Dependency Court before the Juvenile Court Master and the Common Pleas Court Judges.

Finally, I am available to represent individuals who are facing Criminal Charges such as DUI charges and Drug Device and Cosmetic Law Violations. My former experience as a PennDot litigator has provided me with a detailed understanding and appreciation for statutory laws and regulations.
