The parting thoughts will provide thoughts regarding discovery, inventory and pre-trial statement filings, equitable distribution factors, hearing presentation, attorney fees and exceptions from the perspective of the hearing officer having been in the position for many years.
Dorothy J Petrancosta is an attorney and CPA. She has served as a Hearing Officer (formerly Master) in Butler County since 2005, being the sole standing Hearing Officer since 2010. She has chosen to leave the post December 31, 2023.
