PBI: Sexual Assault Claims on the College Campus 2020

An analysis of issues that may arise and challenges involved with Title IX Actions and a comprehensive and candid discussion from the perspective of the various parties involved.

Session Descriptions:

Session 1: Session 1: Title IX Actions: An analysis and overview of the history of Title IX actions, the current state of such actions and what the newly developing regulations could mean for such actions in the future.

Session 2: A frank discussion about the various issues that may arise when sexual assault claims are made on campus and insight about the perspective of the four main interest groups involved. Panelists consist of those who represent the 4 main interest groups: The Accuser, The Accused, The University and the Title IX Coordinator.
Session 3: Hypotheticals identifying and covering ethical issues involving due process, issues of confidentiality, and the handling of disciplinary actions.
